2010-8 至今, 云南大学, 省部共建云南生物资源保护与利用国家重点实验室, 历任助理研究员、副研究员、研究员。
2018-09 至 2019-09, 加拿大McMaster大学, 生物学系访问学者。
研究领域：
挖掘特色真菌资源，解析物种进化与环境的相互关系。重点开展以下三个方面的研究：
1. 真菌分子标记、物种识别和群体遗传；
2. 野生食用菌种质资源及与植物的共生关系；
3. 病原真菌流行病学和耐药进化。
获奖及荣誉：
1. 2018年入选首批云南省“万人计划”青年拔尖人才；
2．2016年云南省自然科学奖特等奖，项目名称：“微生物与线虫互作机制研究”；
3．2013年入选云南大学第四批中青年骨干教师培养计划；
